Simple conceptual.

This image was shot at an abandoned hospital in my local town in Italy. When we first entered the hospital, we found x-rays and patient records, magazines and newspapers dating to 1984 with plastered layers of grime on the covers. We’re assuming that the workers just up and left one day, but I have yet to ask around and research. I might update with that info. I left that hospital with a new sense of wonder and other inspiring things.
This room is how it sits weeks after weeks with the world passing it by. Paint peeling off the walls, and grime mingling with the mattress even more. We simply disturbed that peace for 5 minutes in wonder.
